This is a frontline leadership position.
You don’t just install fence.
You own the job.
You will:
Lead your crew from job kickoff to completion
Plan execution, manpower, equipment, and timing
Set the daily pace and standard
Communicate clearly with customers
Assist to train and develop installers
Enforce safety and quality expectations
Complete all required documentation
Protect productivity (85%+ efficiency standard)
And most importantly:
Problems. Delays. Miscommunications. Mistakes.
You see them early — and eliminate them fast.

You remove obstacles so your crew can perform at a high level.

You bring:
1+ year fencing experience OR 2+ years in construction/trades
Strong equipment and tool proficiency
The ability to read plans and execute with precision
Clear, direct communication
Adaptability when conditions change
High integrity and accountability

$28 – $38+ per hour (based on experience)

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
